Every Monday’s the year 7&8’s walk down to Tamaki College for Tech. We leave school at 8:30 and when tech finishes we come back at 11:00. We go there to learn some technology skills and cook stuff. Last term I was in wood tech with Mr Grundy. As we arrived at Tamaki College we walked over to Miss Ferguson's class.
Miss Ferguson is the teacher for graphics, in graphics we mostly draw and make stuff out of paper. This term we had to do a moving mechanism. Today we drew the front of a card, and one of the things had to move on the paper, the moving part had to go on a different paper.
As we were still drawing most of us took a long time to finish. If you didn’t finish you had to finish it the next week. Mostly everyone was drawing or colouring in their card. When tech was finished we packed and went to the gate. After that we walked back to school.

The next week we went to Electronics, we learn about electricity and make stuff with wires. This will be the next activity for next term.
